I have four children, two are furry.

I dance in the kitchen, grocery store… pretty much anywhere.

I love ice cream, mint chocolate chip if I had to choose.

I am a certified Spiritual Coach, Enneagram Facilitator, Reiki Master, Restorative Justice Facilitator, Life Coach and Hypnotherapist.  I am also certified in Deep Streaming Facilitation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique and Time Integrations for Maximum Empowerment. These modalities enhance my life-long work in trauma recovery, spiritual development, and leadership. I bring all these tools and experiences to our work together.
