As a Seller in New World Women’s Birdi Marketplace, I agree to the following terms and
conditions:

1. My products and teachings are created by me.

2. My services are provided by me.
 

3. I am responsible for communicating with my customers and fulfilling all my orders
and refunds as soon as possible after receiving notification of the sale (with the
exclusion of digital downloads that are delivered automatically by Birdi after
checkout).
 

4. I agree to give customers up to 30 days to request a refund for physical products,
should they be dissatisfied with the product and understand that I will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
 

5. Digital downloads are not refundable.
 

6. I understand and accept that I receive 80% of the list price.
 

7. I understand and accept that I receive 80% of the shipping cost and have allowed
for that in the shipping rate entered in the submission form.
 

8. In order to be paid earnings by New World Women, I must connect my PayPal
account in my Affiliate Dashboard. Watch tutorial here at 30:51.
 

9. Because New World Women offers a 30-day refund period, I understand that my
earnings from sales in Birdi will be paid via PayPal by the tenth day of the month
following the 30-day refund period.

 

For example, if my product (List price = $20.00 + $5.00 S/H) was sold on June
15 th , and I have already connected my PayPal account in my Affiliate Dashboard,
I will be sent a $20.00 payout into my PayPal account by August 10th.
