Birdi Return Policy

New World Women is committed to creating an enjoyable shopping experience for you. We understand that there may be times when your purchase may not satisfy your expectations. 

Most physical products sold in Birdi can be returned for a refund or replacement/exchange within 30 days of delivery if they are returned to the Seller in their original or unused condition.

 

In most cases, you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Before purchasing your product, please refer to the item's product detail page for additional information on its return eligibility.

These products cannot be returned:

 Digital (downloadable) products
 Products that may pose potential health and safety risks once sold
 Customized products made specifically for you
 Perishables
 Products with shipping restrictions
 Redeemable products (i.e. gift cards)

To request a refund for physical products, services or teachings, please submit the Refund Request Form below. We will process your request as swiftly as possible. You will be contacted by the Seller within 5 days with further instructions.
